Congratulations to William “Bill” Tonnerson on being named the EOCP 2026 Operator of the Year!
This award recognizes exceptional professionalism, dedication, and commitment to excellence in the water and wastewater industry. Bill’s years of service and contributions to the Village of Carmacks make this a very well-deserved recognition.
Darcy Dion, Chair of the EOCP Board of Directors, had the privilege of presenting William with this well-deserved honour.
Bill received the award at the EOCP 2026 Conference in Richmond last week, with Mayor Justin Lachance and PWGM Jens Wylimczyk in attendance to support him and celebrate this incredible accomplishment.
