FireSmart Project FS-807 – Request for Proposals

The Village of Carmacks is inviting qualified contractors to submit proposals for FireSmart Project FS-807, which will involve fuel modification and vegetation treatment to help reduce wildfire risk within designated areas of the community.

The work will include vegetation spacing and removal, pruning and safe disposal/burning of woody debris, daily cleanup, and maintaining clear trails in accordance with the approved FireSmart treatment prescription and project area map.

RFP Closing Date: October 7, 2026 at 3:00 PM Yukon Standard Time
Questions Deadline: September 30, 2026 at 3:00 PM
Project Completion Deadline: March 10, 2027
