The Village of Carmacks invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for performing FireSmart fuel modification treatment to reduce wildfire hazards in designated high-risk areas.

Scope of Work:
The project includes fuel modification and vegetation treatment as per the FireSmart Treatment Prescription (Appendix A). Tasks involve spacing, pruning, burning woody debris in compliance with safety regulations, and daily waste disposal.
Evaluation Criteria:
Proposals will be evaluated based on:
- Company profile and experience (25%)
- Personnel qualifications (20%)
- Equipment and safety protocols (20%)
- Lump sum contract price (25%)
- Optional interview (10%)
