Housing Development Grant Information Session

Village of Carmacks is pleased to announce the launch of a second intake for the Housing Development Grant Program.

Community members interested in residential construction projects are invited to attend an upcoming information session to learn more about the program, application process, and available funding opportunities.

Eligible projects may receive up to $67,500 per dwelling unit.

Location: Carmacks Recreation Centre

Village staff and project consultants will be available to answer questions and provide guidance on the application process. Current Housing Development Grant recipients may also share their experiences with the program and residential development in Carmacks.

Dessert and refreshments will be provided.

Whether you are considering building a new home, developing rental housing, or exploring future residential projects, this session is an excellent opportunity to learn more about available supports and funding opportunities in Carmacks.
