Recreation Lotteries Program

Recreation participants that are residents of Carmacks are eligible to submit a Yukon Lotteries - Community Recreation Application for subsidy of the expenses stemming from the activity participation.

The VoC Recreation Committee oversees the operations and board approval regarding the Yukon Lotteries Program. The VoC applies for funding each year to subsidize the cost of recreation participation for local residents and the fund is administered through the VoC Recreation Committee and the scope of the Recreation Committee By-law (271-21).

The Recreation Committee is scheduled to meet the first Monday of each month. Recreation Funding Applications can be submitted at the Front Desk at the CRC or at the Village Office.
