NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL ASSET AUCTION – 2025

The Village of Carmacks invites sealed bids for the purchase of surplus municipal assets as part of the 2025 Municipal Asset Auction.


🗓️ Auction Bid Periods

  • Bid Phase 1 (Exclusive to Carmacks Tax-Paying Residents)
    📅 April 22 – May 5, 2025

  • Bid Phase 2 (Open to the General Public)
    📅 May 6 – May 16, 2025


🏷️ Items Available for Auction Include:

  • Utility vehicles and fire trucks

  • Fitness and gym equipment

  • Tools, compressors, and attachments

  • Backup generators and electronics

  • Trailers and machinery

📄 How to Submit a Bid

  1. Download or pick up the Bid Form from the Village Office.

  2. Complete Section A: Bidder Information, Section B: Bid Details, and Section C: Declaration.

  3. Submit completed forms:

    • By Email: admin@carmacks.ca

    • In Person: Village Office, 143 River Drive, Carmacks, YT

    • By Mail: P.O. Box 113, Carmacks, YT Y0B 1C0


⚠️ Important Notes

  • All items are sold as-is, where-is.

  • Bidders are encouraged to inspect items before placing bids.

  • Successful bidders must provide payment within 5 business days of award notification.

  • All awarded items must be collected by the specified deadline.

  • The Village of Carmacks reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
