The Carmacks Recreation Complex is a 46,000 Square Foot, state of the art multi-purpose Recreation Complex with the all the facility elements required in providing an exceptional recreation experience within the Municipality scope of services.

- $25 Million infrastructure project funded by YG Infrastructure Development Branch, and Federal ICIP funding

The VoC is extremely proud to present our VoC Recreation Guide for the upcoming seasonal programming schedule. This guide outlines all direct programming options, Ice Slab Programming Options, PD Day Camp, March Break Camp, and all scheduled special events and excursions for the accompanying timeline. We welcome all VoC residents and visitors to peruse through the guide to find a recreation & leisure activity of their choice!

Recreation Lotteries Funding
Recreation Lotteries Program
Recreation participants that are residents of Carmacks are eligible to submit a Yukon Lotteries - Community Recreation Application for subsidy of the expenses stemming from the activity participation.
The VoC Recreation Committee oversees the operations and board approval regarding the Yukon Lotteries Program. The VoC applies for funding each year to subsidize the cost of recreation participation for local residents and the fund is administered through the VoC Recreation Committee and the scope of the Recreation Committee By-law (271-21).
The Recreation Committee is scheduled to meet the first Monday of each month. Recreation Funding Applications can be submitted at the Front Desk at the CRC or at the Village Office.
